1. Services and Acceptance

SmartPageAI.com (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides website creation and hosting services (the “Services”). By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Billing, Payment, and Auto-Renewal

  1. Billing for SmartPageAI.com services is managed by our parent company, Appsomatic Inc.
  2. The subscription fee is $600 USD per calendar year, plus any applicable processing fees.
  3. All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal at the end of each billing period.
  4. Customers signing up for a subscription-based service via the link provided by SmartPageAI.com or Appsomatic Inc acknowledge and agree to the service and automatic renewal.
  5. If a customer does not wish to renew, they must notify us in writing by completing the contact form at https://smartpageai.com/contact/ before the next billing period. Failure to notify will result in automatic renewal and charge for the following calendar year.
  6. Once a subscription is renewed, the customer may cancel future auto-renewals, and the service will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current subscription year.

3. Termination

  1. To stop future auto-renewals, customers must provide written notice prior to the next billing period.
  2. After notification, the service will continue until the end of the current subscription year, at which point it will terminate.
  3. Once terminated, the website will no longer be hosted or maintained by SmartPageAI.com, and no further auto-renewals will occur.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  1. Customers retain ownership of their domain name and any logo or content they provide during website creation.
  2. All other website code, design, and intellectual property provided by SmartPageAI.com remain the property of the Company.
  3. The Services are non-transferable, and customers may not share, sell, or distribute the website code, templates, or proprietary materials.

5. Use of Services

  1. Customers agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and not engage in activities that disrupt, compromise, or exploit the platform.
  2. SmartPageAI.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartPageAI.com and Appsomatic Inc are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. The Companies do not guarantee uptime, security, or uninterrupted access, though we strive for reliable service.

7. Modifications to Terms

SmartPageAI.com may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
